Is it worth going to one (if they exist in your country) or is it bad for ones health?
If they are good, who should avoid going to one? Like if you have back problems for whatever reason, is it bad?
I've been seeing them a lot, especially as I sit down to relax and watch a video.

Yeah I have been watching them too. It can be really good if you go to a good one, who don't works for money and don't rush. They can heal a lot of things it's just amaizing. So yeah it is worth it, but make sure you choose a good one.
