Hi everyone, it's been a long time and as the title, I really don't know what to do after completing the 40-day meditation series. Actually, this is my second time finishing this 40-day series and I've started it a third time; I don't know if I did it right. I'm looking at the site and there are so many meditations, I don't know which one to do.

And now you can start the 6-month program—I’m almost done with it, and I feel really powerful.
Once you’ve finished the 6-month program, I recommend doing one meditation a day in this section:
