I was in the middle of a starting a working, and a loud noise happened for a few mins, I paused, but I still kept focus on the visualizations and intent and energy. When the noise went away I continued the working with vibrations.
Is this still valid? Or should I restart?
I have no silence where I live. There’s always some sort of noise happening.
