This solar plexus throbbing feeling started a week ago now and it’s on the front extension of solar plexus, physical feeling.
It’s not going away.
What is it indicating ? Please answer

You can try breathing in energy from the sun and directing it to you solar plexus chakra and add an affirmation of healing
Do the for as long as possible and try focus intently on solar chakra being healed
