I did the correct amount of repetitions but on one of the repititions, when I was vibrating GG some spit got in the back of my throat and it crackled a little bit, I affirmed that this did this mess up my entire working?

Nah you should be good. Proper pronunciation is definitely something to strive for but like let's say you emphasized more on the M in RAUM, or accidentally made a slight sound at the end. You still did the mantra and you did it with the intent of your working.
