My voice was extremely raspy when I made a vibration, there was cracking in my throat when i vibrated EEEEEE. It sounded very crackly and raspy did this fail my square?

Raspy voice or coughs aren't considered mistakes. Mistakes are when you completely mispronounce the mantra, use the wrong mantra or doing the wrong number of reps.
