Is the attraction based on your brain structure, chakras or something else?
If there is a difference, how does bisexuality occur?
Discussion
There is nothing different in the brain. This is in the soul from past life history.
By the way, if such a soul has a "program" from a previous life, does he have to continue or is it possible for him to change his approach to sexuality?
As @Ol argedco luciftias said there is no difference between brain physically it is about structure of soul at all.

No structural differences. The difference is only in chemical signalling: the same chemicals that signal attraction for the opposite sex in heterosexual, will cause it for the same sex in homosexuals.
It's a functional difference, and it's a neutral difference. Nothing harmful.
Bisexuals will have signalling for both sexes.

Sexual orientation is a fixed soul trait like biological sex, race, species... It cannot be changed. It's not an approach
A member here wrote that the brain structure of homosexuals is different:

WoadWarrior wrote: homosexuality in males is actually associated with a wide variety of structural difference in their brain as compared to heterosexuals this is a direct link between homosexuality and brain development, e.g homosexuals are born different (not a bad thing but factual)
As for structure of soul, this is in the brain too. The soul affects the physical body.

If the material is by mageson, and it is not in the english library, then the material is not fit as source material. The Italian community should step up in their efforts at updating the library. The material by mageson has been curated/purged by the Clergy after his departure because he was a fraud.

Perhaps, without knowing the actual situation and condition of the other sites Libraries of Thoth, it is best to refrain from hasty comments. The site mentioned by the user is merely a mirror of the Italian site, no more is up to date, and should not be consulted.

The correct reference is this and our Lbrary of Thoth has already been cleansed of the writings of the mage-traitor-son.

Alright, that is good to hear. So it was simply a case of wrong reference.

TG Mageson 🤣
Made my day. He's andrapoda, not a TG.
As for OP's question, homosexuality and bisexuality is generally a soul thing.
You could argue there is a hormonal difference, as chemical reactions are different when seeing the same sex in homosexuals vs heterosexuals.
But the key difference between the two is mostly on a soul-level. This can be karmic due to past life habits (you can randomly have the right personality to somehow end up in a homosexual relationship early on as a soul, and stay this way for lifetimes out of habit), or astrological in general if it randomly happened in your first life as a soul.
That being said, I believe there is fluidity here. Someone who deeply thinks they are straight can, later in life, realize they are homosexual, and vice versa.
As for bisexuals, I have my reasons to believe they are souls who don't have a clearly defined sexuality spiritually yet, and they will develop into heterosexuals or homosexuals over lifetimes. But this is not stated by Clergy or anything.

Fluidity? That is called being brainwashed. It is not too uncommon these days to think false things about oneself.

That is true, but I feel that what I meant was misinterpreted.
There is fluidity in the sense that I do not believe there is a "Platonic" heterosexual or homosexual attraction, as in, there is variety in how people experience sexuality. It's not very productive to focus on differences in the soul from heterosexuals to homosexuals when there are plenty of differences in the soul related to sexuality between all people as it is.

Initially, you stated that a person might realize that they are homosexual instead of heterosexual, and now you bring up that there is room for expression—two very different things.
