I apologise in advance if this is TMI and uncomfortable I just want as much help as possible.
I was exposed to porn and masturbation at a very young age. I would have been 11-12 when I started masturbating and 13 when I started watching porn.
From 13-15 I would watch a massive amount of porn that got more and more perverted as time went on.
I’m now 16 and don’t really have much of a problem with porn but I do masturbate a lot still. Iv gotten a girlfriend and have begun having sex.
I think because of the amount of porn and the disgusting perversion of it, it makes it harder for me to have sex.
I feel so much guilt and so ashamed, I don’t feel like a good boyfriend and I don’t feel like a good person period cause of this.
I have gotten medical advice and they told me to completely stop masturbating which I’m having a bit of trouble with.
It is negatively impacting my life a lot and I would greatly appreciate any help. Whether that be spiritual, physical or mental. Thank you all!
