Hello. My back hurts. Strong hurts. And in my spine area. My spine crunches and hurts much when I straighten up and bend over. I asked Google, and it answered it is possibly a spondyloarthrosis. Is it right? And will Sun Square help me with it? Thank you.
Ps. I haven't opportunity to go in hospital, so I ask you. Answer please.
How can you realistically expect an expert opinion of the condition of your spine on this forum? Impossible for us to say. You need to be examined by a medical professional in person.

You need to see a medical professional ASAP. You think Sun squares will fix your spine in a month or a year? You are just procrastinating and doing everything possible to not see a doctor. You will only get worse like that, not better.

I myself live in a place where you can say there is no medicine, and what can really help costs so much money that while you earn them you will definitely die.
No one will advise you to try to heal yourself with the help of magic, if you have the opportunity to get medical help, but if your situation is really desperate and you are not just lazy or do not want to - you can try the square of the sun, rituals of Valefor, Asclepius, try to work with golden energy programming it for healing. And yes you will need a material square. Spiritual strengthens your Sun if it is weakened or afflicted by Saturn in the Natal Chart.

Magic does help us to heal yes
But it has been advised plenty of time before to seek medical help when needed
I personally do not like the doctors or and medical help even though my mother is nurse (but I do go when it is needed)
I've seen what excessive prescription does to someone
These doctor's many times purposely mistreat you so you are dependent on their medication and their facilities (sometimes or most of the times these doctors and medical professional don't realise there treatment is not helping or in some cases worsening the situation)
I strongly advise you program your aura to attract the correct medical professional for you
And pray to Father Zeus to help heal you and more importantly guide to take the right steps by the right people

A material Sun Square would help with finding medical attention, tools, or aid in other similar ways. A Spiritual Square would help with the root of the issue, not necessarily helping immediately, or visibly. The following is given when the energy is programmed properly.
