You want a surgery to cut apart your penis and install a piece of plastic inside of it? That is one of the most horrible things that I can imagine. Even in a horror movie they do not do something like that.

Calm down. There are multiple kinds of pills that fix this problem. Talk to a doctor and get a prescription. And also do spiritual work on healing and opening your chakras, especially the bottom 3 chakras.

That person has status. I'm probably going to be a civil servant and I have no experience. I turned down all the girls who came, 4-5 girls.

Alright. Next, what holistic methods have you done, and for how long? What meditations, physical yoga, and so forth, have you done so far?

Here I am trying to gauge the level of effort in relation to the topic at hand. It is not an easy fix, but it should be possible given enough time and effort, and with correct methodology.
