Greetings, my boyfriend and I left ToZ for a few months due to the awful attacks by the enemy and we denied ToZ. But now we are home as before, do we need to do the dedication ritual again? I know its permanent, but as we denied the truth, i can't decide what to do.

It's pointless, the Dedication Ritual is just one. But they can consider to do a Ritual to ask for forgiveness and show to be ready with a better mindset towards the Gods. If they want to do a formal Ritual.
You can if you want to, no one is stopping you from doing so, but you don't have to, and here are some answers from a few of the members so you can be sure:

It is a procedure to stop the mind. Through these steps, the emotional part will calm down and the Zevist can move on.
Doing the ritual for some may not be enough, to calm the emotional part, some Zevists, in the process of realizing the Truth, undergo this process. I arrive, I leave and I return. To calm their mind they repeated the Dedication, even if it was not necessary or made sense, this is what they needed, to move on.
