Let us say ,I have an enemy who has harmed me and I want to do black magic ritual on him to repay him ,but if he is in another city or town which is farther from me ,how do I know that my black magic has worked on him ?

Energy knows no distance limits. You can send energy anywhere. Try to see if this person has social networks. That was my method. Of course, don't stalk online.
