Is it possible to program Ether to balance the other elements in our soul?
For example: invoking Ether for 10 breaths and affirming, "Element Ether is balancing all four elements in my soul in a positive way for me."
We probably don't use visualisation to describe outcome right?
I have experience with elements and am not a beginner. I just want to balance my elements to use them properly.

Yes, you usually start with this so you don't have problems. Daily use of the elements will give you the opportunity to develop skills about their use and the ability to use them for your goals.
