I'm working on my sacral chakra, can anyone tell me what it will release when it's opened?

Sounds more like the realm of the 3rd chakra, for the most part anyway.

Indeed yes, but I observed people with a strong 3rd chakra and a damaged 2nd chakra and/or weak Mars energies. I see they are able to exert power on others with the Sun energies but when it comes to keep this power or being assertive, they "give up" so to speak for weak 2nd chakra or lack of self esteem. So at the end their power vanishes for their own action.
This is at least how I perceive things to happen : without a strong Mars/2nd chakra it seems other efforts may easily crumble.
Maybe my perception is altered because of the kind of people I made reference to.

No, I think you are on the right track with this. It is true that there is a certain amount of cooperation and overlapping between chakras and their rulerships.
