Active HelperDevelop a skill or ability. This can be by having a job that is not easy to do, but is something that you can look at and see how well you did. Whatever you are doing, do it in the best way with the highest quality. You will develop a skill that not everybody has, and this will give you something real to be proud of. Confidence comes from seeing that you are able to solve various problems.
Confidence is created by overcoming battles and challenges. It's from knowing you can handle life no matter how it comes, and having innate faith in your ability to shape and impact your world.
Therefore, confidence is a muscle built through the exercise of one's will, whether that's proactively, or out of steadfastness.
