The soul leaves trough the heart chakra while astral traveling, the solar chakra feeds it with energy, but overall all your chakras needs to be open, clean, strong, and balanced.
There is a meditation on astral travel on ToZ. Beforehand, deep trance needs to be acquired.
There is no future yet, only a countless number of possibilities that could be the future. Some more likely, some less likely. You can view the past.
It would be good to focus on the Third Eye, Sixth Chakra and Pineal Gland.
