But and this question is more for High Priest/Advanced practitioners but is the center anahata chakra the biggest chakra and technically made up the size of two chakras.

In other words which way do we spin the anahata chakra as a whole unit i.e. in one direction. Or as two chakras one spins clockwise the other counter-clockwise kinda like the MerKaBa tetrahedron.
So how do we spin Anahata?

The heart chakra in the video is accurate and is the correct shape of the heart chakra. Don't put too much thought into it and just focus on the 'feel' of a chakra if you're ever worried about visualizing it properly.
