40 day meditation program

If you go the the 'files' section of the group they have the PDF's

Hello, I'm one 40 day meditaion program day 4 as of today, i kinda scrolled through it to see what kind of meditaions will be in there and I noticed that Hatha and Kundulini links are not working. So I was wondering if any of you guys could send them to me.
These links don't work for me. It just says page not found.

I have performed the dedication ritual and am wanting to get started on the 40 day meditation program. I have been reading the ToZ website along with the suggested links to try and answer my own question without success. I understand that I should avoid beginning the program during a void of course moon; however, is it necessary to begin the program during a waxing or waning moon?
