When you have an extremely powerful soul, do power meditations daily, have an extremely powerful aura, and have mastered the 5 elements, do you still need to wait for the target person to sleep to influence them by pulling out their light body and commanding them? Or can you cast a money spell during an astrologically average time (not during a void moon, of course), rather than waiting for the best time for money spells?

Yes, it become's less relevant, however it's always a good idea anyway because of efficiency.

Yes and No.
Even Gods live their lives according to nature.
After some time we can do things without spesific requirments but it is best to wait and practice our magic with nature.
