According to the ToZ Astro calendar, tomorrow is the Fall Equinox in my timezone. Is this day good for starting new workings?

It's a good day to begin a project in general, but as Moon was in Gemini and Venus entered a sign of it's fall/detriment, it's not a good day to begin love working, and there weren't any planets making it a good day to begin a money working either.

To add, the Sun has entered Libra on the Fall Equinox, which is it's fall, so not a good idea to start any money workings or workings in general that require the sun's influence until the 22nd of October.
