We know of our gods, the enemy (Reptillians, grays, etc.) but are there any other races out there? Races maybe not even involved in this conflict?

The universe is infinite and there is endless other species and evolved advanced civilizations out there. We are better off focusing on the gods and our own personal development as a species,

There are many kinds of alien races in the universe.
The main thing is that they do not act against people and our Gods.
