Hey! I been trying to figure out when to practice trance state daily, do you think is best to practice it every night as I go to sleep? That way I have nothing to disturb me and if I really put the effort in to it I was thinking to go to bed 23:00 and doing trance practice for one hour is that a good plan? Or should I practice trance every day around 10:50 to 11:50?
If you ask for my advice then I would say to practice it at night and eventually practice during the day if possible.
You are less likely to be disturbed at night and your body is already becoming very relaxed which makes it a good learning environment.
When trancing at night observe the steps which get you into a trance. Find out exactly how and why you enter a trance and try to practice during the day as well.
The energies at night are very different than the energies during the day. You should strive to get to a point where you can trance at will regardless of the situation at hand.
