Void Meditation

Hello there, I was wondering for void meditation for example every night I do it for like 15 minutes and I am just focusing on the goal/goals like financial freedom , wealth , healthy & power while I am breathing in gold energy and visualize all of this like I already have it. Do I need to make any affirmations after I finish meditating ?

This is not void meditation. The point is to switch off your thoughts and to concentrate, not as if you were casting a spell. Please read the instructions carefully.

Oh I see.. So at night I must clean the aura & the chakras before the void meditation and while I am doing void meditation just be like a blank
 
That is not void meditation, but it can substitute it if the focus is one-pointed enough as both methods train the skill of focus.

Perception is very important; concentrate and work on perceiving astral things. You cannot control something that you do not perceive. And remember, for spirituality you need very high level of concentration.

Unfortunately in this world 99.9 percent of humans have been deprived of spirituality. It is as if they do not exist spiritually. It is not simple or partial disability but total disability i.e. coma. Can a person in a physical coma say he or she exists physically? Come out of this damn jewish coma if you have not come out yet.

The name "void meditation" speaks for itself. Your mind should be totally empty from any thought.

If you focus on a single goal for 15 minutes, it is still a form of mental training, but it is not void meditation.
Every time you focus on a single thing for a long time you are training your focus.

Void meditation requires to be able to not think about anything.

In the end, it is you choice to choose void or focus on a goal, but for your question, don't think about anything.

No, but again, do this as well. Never forget one thing, Intensive Meditation every day, as much and as best as you can. If you want to make relevant and important progress and advancement, this is the way. How do you become an excellent scientist, artist, sportsman, military man and whatever else? With much and long work of course. The same is for the spiritual. I also recommend you read Franz Bardon's book, Initiation to the Hermetic, it is really very good. I want to see you advanced in the future. Good luck.

I would prefer to do this in the future. Make a habit of speaking little and working more on your intellectual, spiritual and material advancement.

Hi Mendez, take a look at these exercises.

An excerpt of two exercises from Franz Bardon's book: Initiation Into Hermetics.

1. Take a seat in a comfortable chair or lie down on a settee. Relax the whole body, close your eyes and observe the train of your thoughts for five minutes, trying to retain it. At first, you will find that there are rushing up to you thoughts concerning everyday affairs, professional worries, and the like. Take the behaviour of a silent observer toward these trains of thoughts, freely and independently. According to the mentality and the mental situation you happen to be in at the moment, this exercise will be more or less easy for you. The main point is not to forget yourself, not to lose the train of thoughts, but to pursue it attentively. Beware of falling asleep while doing this exercise. If you begin to feel tired, stop instantly and postpone the exercise to another time, when you intend not to give in to tiredness. The Indians sprinkle cold water on their faces or rub down the face and upper part of their bodies to remain brisk and not waste precious time. Some deep breathing before you begin will also prevent tiredness and sleepiness. As time goes on, each disciple will find out such little tricks by himself. This exercise of controlling thoughts has to be undertaken in the morning and at night. It is to be extended each day by one minute to allow the train of thoughts to be pursued and controlled without the slightest digression for a time of 10 minutes at least after a week's training.

2. Let us then learn how to produce an absolute vacancy of mind. Lie down comfortably on a bed or sofa or sit in an armchair and relax your whole body. Close your eyes. Energetically dismiss any thought coming upon you. Nothing at all is allowed to happen in your mind; an absolute vacancy of mind must reign. Now hold on to this stage of vacancy without digressing or forgetting. At first, you will manage to do so for only a few seconds, but by practicing it more often, you will surely succeed better at it. The purpose of the exercise will be attained if you succeed in remaining in this state for a full 10 minutes without losing your self- control or even falling asleep.


An excerpt from Swami Sivananda's article: Various Methods of Mind-Control.

Sit alone and watch the Vrittis (thought-waves) of the mind. Be indifferent. Remain as a Sakshi (witness). Don't identify yourself with the Vrittis. The mind will then be under your control.
