VOC Moon Questions

I'm starting some major workings and I'm very thankful for the calendar our members worked so hard on creating! The VOCs appear different than ones you can find online for free, obviously showing how much work went into the accuracy, time zones and so forth.

I just wanted to know. There are some important dates that appear ideal for certain workings, yet I noticed on one I'd like to start in particular for healing (a sun square) that it has a VOC at 6:37 PM.

Does this mean I should start my working in the morning or early afternoon? Also, does this mean that the moon remains void throughout the rest of the night?


One final question. What does this mean? Can I complete other workings during a VOC, such as regular meditation, RTRs, opening chakras and so on? Is this only negative for major workings that occur over a long period of time, or does it pertain to all workings?

Hello

When the Moon goes VoC, you can begin a new working before the time the VoC begins. Make sure the working and affirmation are completed before the VoC begins.

During a VoC, you can continue any workings you have already started, meditations, rituals, anything that has already begun at a previous date.

If the VoC begins, and does not state the end during that day, then yes, it continues through the night, until you see the black square on the next day. Sometimes the VoC will last ~36 hours, so it remains void right through a day and until the next.

I have already asked about this in "Ask Satan", no one answered these questions and basically said nothing new to me. The idea to ask them came to me just during VoС, so it's kind of a source of paranoia for me.

Here are the questions :

During the VoС, it is better not to make plans, buy anything or start work, as they will turn into a failure in one form or another. But what about good or important thoughts and ideas that may come to mind uncontrollably at this time?

Thinking is necessary in order to understand new things that will the influence your actions, which seems to me like planning. I may be asking the last question for the second time, but is it "safe" to conduct any potentially useful reflections during the VoC?

I also apologize for asking a question in this way, it may not look very polite.

Thanks Lydia! That answers my most pressing question! I should add though; is it better start all workings (including RTRs, cleaning aura, etc) before the void moon? Can these particular things still be done during a VoC? Will they still be effective?

It's a little confusing to me but this VoC thing seems like a big deal. I appreciate the help! Also, I apologize for all the questions! I should try and read the JoS and astrology page more to get a better understanding.

I did answer this ("you can continue any workings you have already started, meditations, rituals, anything that has already begun at a previous date.") but I suppose I did not explicitly clarify to a full extent:

You can do anything you have already done before. RTRs, cleaning, and so on, you have already done these so yes, you can do them during VoC. Doing something you have already done is not beginning it again, it is continuing a working you have already begun at a previous date. You do not have to do them before the VoC begins because you have already done them before.

This is fine, because it is normal. On a related note, talking with the Gods and divination is also fine to do during a VoC.

I totally misunderstood, silly me. New workings... I get it now. For some reason I thought things like RTRs aren't cumulative but I suppose they are. So all workings (cleaning the aura, etc) build up overtime? It's no wonder stopping and starting again can be very challenging.

Everything in existence accumulates. Just look at the rain falling and the pond forming...

That's a good analogy! I have noticed that progress we make seems to be permanent (I've opened one chakra so far) and that things do become easier.

I kept having this feeling that what I do would dissipate over time and become hard to start again. This was probably a mental block I created in myself.

I had this sort-of idea of a puddle that slow evaporates, however this simply accumulates somewhere else in a new form. I guess this could be akin to birth and rebirth. Everything does accumulate! Thanks for your words of wisdom brother!

Both are true. By not doing some of these activities there will be stagnation. Yet, at the same time, our souls remember. For as long as you exist there will be imprints which means less work to get back to a previous higher point. Whether it is hard to restart or not depends on the individual and the circumstances.
