Vibration of Kh and RRRRRRRRRRRR

I am very sick today.

sir, when I do Vibrate R and Kh, I feel pain in my vocal cord specially to vibrate the KH which is used in many other Reverse rituals .

Is there have any other way to vibrate R and KH? I feel pain in my vocal cord when vibrating them.

Most of that pain is due to not being accustomed to pronouncing it, you get used to RRRR with a little practice, KH for convenience, Just bring the end of your tongue close to the roof of your mouth《make way for air to escape》 then pronounce.

When you are very sick you don’t don‘t do the warfare. Stay in bed and recover. Once you feel better, you resume the warfare.
