im a bit confused on this the heart chakra is not in the chest but in the head right? its in between the throat and 6th chakra so when aligning your chakras you vizualize the heart chakra coming together there? and so there is nothing in the chest area?

In the chest area it is now referred to as the "center chakra". Still the same as before, same location etc. It's just that HPS Maxine mentioned that in the head is a chakra, or nadis, that is shaped like a literal heart-shape (not the shape of the organ heart, but the shape that means love). And some allegories refer to this as the "heart chakra", so she changed the name of the chakra in the chest to "center chakra" as it is in the middle of the 7 main chakras.

The heart (this in the head which has the shape of the heart of love) is also associated with Lady Inanna, the Queen of heavens, and Goddess or Love, to add that what Lydia said.
When you open your Ida and Pingala nadhis, you will feel the heart shape and their energy flow will merge where they meet, at the sixth chakra.

Btw, when this happens you need to let the energy flow freely through your nadhis. Feel the flow of energy, even after they merged.
If you fight it (trying to restrain the energy from flowing there) the energy will evade in the brain and you might get a seizure, this happened to me and I almost had a seizure.

So in the affermations, do i have to say "my heart chakra" or "my center chakra"?

Either one, as you know which chakra you mean and where you are focusing your attention. I've used both words in affirmations and both work.

We were having a discussion about same idea here as it's indeed confusing:

As far as I know there is no proper `heart chakra` in the head, but just the place where Ida and Pingala meet to form a heart shape when they connect. It might likely be a nadis spot as Lydia said and as far as I know it might be exaclty the same place as the pineal gland as I read before, when Ida and Pingala connect, the pineal gland releases a sort of sweet `nectar` that we can feel in our taste. The proper heart chakra would indeed be in the center of the chest next to the physical organ. If the heart chakra was in the head and below the 6th chakra, this would have accordingly been shown in diagrams and explanations but there is no chakra shown in any diagram between the 6th chakra and the throat chakra.

By saying the heart chakra is in the head she simply means either the pineal gland or the sixth chakra, not an extra chakra. Most likely the pineal gland.

Yeah, it is the ida and pingala. So not like an actual chakra, but some things are allegories with spiritual advancement and doing things in the soul. Like as mentioned, with the arrow through the heart shape, fixing the energy.

She means the literal heart chakra, you feel the heart shape in your entire brain/head and it feels just like a chakra. (Between your throat ane 6th and pineal) You explained me 1 year ago that Chakras and Nadhis are made of the same material if I am not mistaken.

I said the main chakra are born in the intersection of the main 3 nadih, and the solar plexus is the only chakra at the intersection of all 144k nadih.

Thank you so much for this. The other day I was doing a deep meditation for general guidance on Ida & Pingala and I kept seeing in a my mind a picture of a heart shape residing inside my head. Could not quite figure out what it meant, and thought they were telling me about the spiritual heart (which I guess they were though the answer had more to it than I first realized). This helped me get the last piece of the puzzle in it's right place. So thank you.

Congratulations on this accomplishment :)

Now keep meditating on that daily
