Thank you, I started on the 30th of July I'm currently only doing 10 repetitions. Didn't wanna go too high due to last experience with doing a sun square. But I got lazy on the 4th day and only did 4 reps but today I did 20 reps I was wondering did this restore the working back to 'normal'? or should I keep sticking with 20 for the rest of the 40 days

No, it does not work like that. For one day there was less, and for other day more, but you can't fully compensate for one day of less the next day which is why it is very important to be consistent as that is the way to get steady gains.

No, it was not ruined. It was weakened on that day, but still exists and can continue to grow. Imagine it like an energetic structure that you are nurturing, like a plant. You neglected it a little, but that does not speak for its entire lifespan. Compensating for that is better than nothing, but consistency is better.

The changes to your soul are happening over the course of the entire working, as long as it exists. Who knows, maybe the laziness you felt on that day was a reflection of the working itself, as it deals with the fire element.

Is the eye itchy or red? This could be a bit of inflammation. It could possibly be related to the Sun working, but I am not sure. Either way, you can pursue western or TCM methods for dealing with this, especially if it is bothering you.

This may be off topic, but I feel as though it fits; from my personal experience, mixing Betelgeuse energies with sun energies, feels incredible. I've done dual protection workings where I used sun energies made the affirmation, and immediately used Betelgeuse energies, and made the same affirmations. I have also used Raum to cleanse my chakras, then Betelgeuse to clean my aura. There's something about the mixture of Betelgeuse and the sun that is beyond words. Additional Information: Decoding The 666 In Kabala
