Strengthing mars

What do you think can transit moon scorpio or capricorn be used for strengthening mars ?? Because the both of the sign are good for mars.
Affirmation like energies of moon capricorn/scorp. strengths my mars...

The moon sign here is different than Mars being in those signs. One describes the state of the moon, whereas the other describe the state of Mars.

That doesn't mean that the moon here cannot still be supportive of the goal you are trying to achieve, but you wouldn't be directly using the lunar energy here, instead only using it indirectly to amplify your working.

For example, you might use the Thurisaz rune and combine this with either Nauthiz or Eihwaz, depending on the result you want, then affirm that it has strengthened your Mars. I had done this a while ago with Thurisaz and Eihwaz and it provided decent enough results, giving traditional Martian benefits like increased sexuality, but also better energy control from the Eihwaz aspect.

Should i pay the attention to the aspects transit moon have with my own planets ?? Will that energy affects them ??

Yes, all transits influence you, too. When you are doing a working, all of these factors, not just the moon, all influence the quality of the working. However, the conditions do not have to be perfect necessarily, as either you will have to wait for a long time, or not all positive factors will align simultaneously.
