Spine chakra movement?

A question on the way the energy moves on the spine.
It goes base to throat. My issue I dont understand is, does the energy go from throat to back of head then 6th chakra then crown?

I understand the complete circle just not sure how to add the 6th per energy movement I mean.

How best to move? just direct it.

You can start from the base, move it to the back extension of the base, than move the energy up through all the back extensions to the back extension of the 6th chakra, than move it through the 6th chakra to the 3rd eye, than move it through the front extensions to the front extension of the base chakra, than move it to the base chakra, and that completes a circuit. As you can see, nohow. The crown does not have extensions, and this is a meditations for extensions. You can direct this energy from your base trough the main chakras, up to the crown, if you want to include the main chakras and the crown in this meditation. This is just an example.

Still some what confused on the crown and if need to or not on the extensions and crown part of the rotation or bypass it and go straight 6 to third eye and down.
