Can you be more specific? The sun for exemple? The chart ruler of the sun is the AC? Does it means that the placement of Saturn of the other needs to be near the placement of my AC?

If someone else's natal Saturn is cojunct to one of your planets then that person can be problematic, restrictive and hurtful towards you. This also is the case with our Natal house angles the AC, DC, IC, or MC.

Say you have something like your IC (4th house cusp) at 10 degrees Virgo. If someone else has their Natal Saturn on 10 degrees Virgo then that person could cause harm to your Family, Home, or the domestic areas of your life. Saturn aspects from other people's natal Saturn to your own planets usually means that person has power or authority over you in some way, and that way usually isn't positive.

It depends on what planet the other persons saturn is aspecting. If its the ruler of your 2nd house, then that person can cause problems or restrictions to your material wealth or material possessions. I'm sure you understand what I'm saying here.

If the persons Saturn is conjunct to your AC or your chart ruler then it would be best to try and avoid this person as much as possible. HPs Maxine has stated in the past that nearly every murder case she has studied with astrology, the murderer's Saturn was aspecting the Victims Chart Ruler.

We here however have the power of the occult on our side and if we see someone who has bad Saturn aspects to our personal planets then we can either attempt to bind that person with curses or spiritually repel them away from us with a strong specifically programmed AoP.
Saturn is usually our personal weak points natally but our strong points versus other people.
