Should I Bother Doing Wealth Workings If?

I understand that you need to combine physical action with spiritual support, but what if you don't know what or how to do so physically? And perhaps you dont even have the time.

I, like many others, am in need of more wealth, and I am doing what I can to obtain it, which is basically my job. However, the JOS provides "cheat codes" so to speak so we can obtain our desires. In regard to wealth, I keep seeing that we have to combine our workings with physical actions. Unfortunately, what if you are already swamped in your day-to-day schedule with work, school, and family. Furthermore, what if you dont have the knowledge, skills, or assets to make such wealth:

Will a wealth working even matter, or do anything?

I'd like to take advantage of Venus approaching.

Some, maybe all, of the energies involved in wealth will help you develop a natural understanding of how to obtain and keep it. It is mostly for people who have absolutely zero exposure to anything relevant that makes it difficult for the energy to manifest.

If you are in a position where you need money, then you should do the workings, as even a small effort will amplify what you are already doing in your day-to-day basis.

One example of a Venus in Libra Square manifesting would be that others, like at school or work, are more willing to invest in you, supporting better growth through networking.

Other energies, as well as consultations with the Gods, can make you aware of the potential of your current actions, perhaps leading to increased resolve and reward, or a desire to change things.

It's hard for me or others to say with much certainty exactly what would happen in your life, but it would be too cynical to state the wealth working is useless, as it would be adding these energies into the current "matrix" of your life.

You should try to think about what your end goals are with school and your current work. What's the point here? Maybe you find a better opportunity that gives you a better job, or maybe you get enough money to hire a cleaning service, giving you more free time, etc.

Set the end goal, then plan your actions, whether spiritual or physical, in pursuit of that.

Thanks Blitz, you're the best. I really just wanted to hear that the energies are applied to my soul in a constructive way even if I cant immediately see anything. And yes, I do have an idea of where I am going, especially in terms of my education towards a career.

Yes, I believe understanding my own innate potentials could help build things along the way. I will use those runes.

Of course. In this case, the benefit will be more useful if your have any Venus or 7th house obstacles, which could point to it possibly being more of a limiting factor in regards to prosperity.

In regards to how much to use of any rune you want to use, you want to use something like the number 10 or 40 as general number. Otherwise, look at the number of the rune itself. In regards to what I used exactly, I had used Dagaz and Ansuz to remove negative karma, as they both stimulate change. I forget the exact affirmation, but it was something like: "This energy has permanently removed any obstacles of [X], in the best way for me." x9

However, this is not the only use case. What I would recommend is first thinking of your objective or goal, then determining the runes you want to use, as well as how much time you want to spend on the working.

Since I am back at this thread, I wanted to mention also how the Eihwaz rune, and the principles behind it, are what help us develop magical willpower.
