Shivering cold spirit/entity

It's 4:30am here and I just had this "dream" and it's not the first time either.

I was in my bed with a very skinny and very fragile woman. Her arms where so thin you would be afraid of using force on her in the slightest in case of hurting her. She had a very soft and almost child like voice, as she was shivering.

I was fully aware and I usually do have these dreams with her when I work on my chakras before bed. I have had these recurring for years now (although it would be once every few months) and it's starting to upset me.

She was COLD! Almost as if she was in a constant snow storm, she was pulling the blankets on top of her but it would do nothing. The dream only lasted a short while but I managed to ask her why she's so cold but she didn't reply.

I get the vibes that she is either a lost and very confused spirit, a non human being (since she didn't make sense at times) that is stuck or it's a part of my subconscious manifesting itself as this woman who is constantly shivering.

It's upsetting that I haven't got the ability or know how to help her. I'm just wondering if anybody would know what kind of being I'm dealing with?

I'm hoping to get more answers soon and plan to work on my chakras more often before bed in hopes to help her next time the "dream" happens.

If that does happen, do you guys have any suggestions on what I should do in order to help her?

It sucks that it only lasts a minute or so before waking up, leaving me upset that I couldn't so anything for her.

I also feel guilty if she's been somehow attached to me all these years and I can't do anything to help.

I do aura cleansing almost every night along with void meditations. Thanks for the help guys.

This is an odd situation.

Dreams usually represent things metaphorically with information you already know consciously and subconsciously. If your dreams represent someone you've never met in a consistent way, personality and especially appearance, I highly doubt she's "just" your imagination.

Something is projecting themselves in your dreams when you meditate. What their intentions are however, are much more difficult to determine and you'll have to figure that out on your own.

If "she" was a dead non advanced human, she'd likely have passed by now. The only likely reason she wouldn't have is if she's draining other people's life energy. You mentioned she was sleeping in bed with you, if you had sex it would be a good method of draining your energy.

If "she" is a non human entity, know that these entities are either Demonic or the enemy in most cases. If you have no impression of either, she should be assumed as the enemy. This entity is not trapped on earth, if anything she would be trapped outside of our reality.

Likest case is she's a vampiric non human entity coming around to drain you after meditating. She probably creates the feeling of guilt in order to control you, it's what people do to each other all the time.

Thank you for the reply, it is a great feeling of relief to be able to discuss these personal spiritual things with others without being bombarded with new age bullshit.. a reason I've always respected this place in the first place.

Here's a bit more information.. when I first came across JOS, I was an emotionally controlled teen and done many succubus rituals with mixed results.. It's a bit of a mess from back in the day and that could have a reason for it but also a girl I knew long before I even began spiritual practices or the occult killed herself in my teens and was very close to me.. it's hard to tell what it is.. I've also been under attack by gray aliens in the past but through vigorous void meditation practices and compassion meditations (being grateful/in the moment) I am able to brush it off but..

You can see why I'm so confused and concerned with this entity in particular! I will try spare you the details because it's a pain to think of my past now that I'm older and wiser.. but the thought of any being being in that constant state of "cold" and attached to me really hurts me and the fact I'm powerless to help her or whatever it is hurts more.

Really it's a mess.. as all things spiritual, it's very hard to ask for help but this has been happening for years and the fact I'm always fully aware in my dreams with her (which is rare, I don't ever lucid dream anymore) is a real sign.

I can understand how you bring up vampiric energy but I really got the vibe (Exspecially with her constant shivering) that she was confused and lost rather than attacking me..

Please ask me if you need to no more about it, I really could use a hand with this one but I am fine otherwise and I always appreciate the help here
