Rhythm of Breath

Interlinked states of existence are the laws and the basis of our existence.

The inhale and the exhale. The high suspension of breath and the lower suspension of breath. Establishing the 4 parts of this existence, by the 4 elements of our dimensional existence. The 5th element is our own divine intent and consciousness, which controls these 4 parts, 2 of movement and 2 of stillness. Life is movement and movement, by natural default of existence, has a rhythm and a pattern. Within and with these we have permutations and structures that generate perfect geometric forces.

Every vibration in our body has a part of being and expanding and one that rests. The lower system chakra, has a time of expansion and constriction relatively long, a second or more, a longer wave. While the rhythm is slow, the vibration is larger, rawer and more physical. The higher chakra systems, have faster rhythms, meaning they vibrate faster and “rest” faster, time is rapid and they vibrate high and with density.

So we see the interlinked states of being, being complexified. These 4 moving parts in our body dictate our existence by outputs of the chakras, aura and intersection with daily life and of the planets.

Our internal blueprint contains the codes of perfect regulation and aliveness, meaning that a healthy spiritual being will react naturally and dissolve negative energies, problems in life and so on. We can also consciously make use of and influence by this in life.

In everyday life, people are lost in weird timetables and irregular and conflictual elements of life. One understanding from above is how to suit and apply this in your life.

The rhythm of action and “resting” is one of them. This is a law of existence. After action there is the default of resting. You need to control when and how, and not violate this law.

There are also the aspects of "riding" or positioning on the wave/uprising and understanding the flow of things and of life and using this opportunity. For example, when there's a rising of personal success, to activate more right in that moment and then in the resting part, to reflect and protect the rising.

Related to the above you have the intensity and density of your actions and life, which at certain stages or harmonies/disharmonies, the wave of existence is a great force, and the opposites attract and might unionize yet they also can nullify each other.

There are endless permutations to all things based on these 4 walls and regulations of life and you must take control of this. The 5th movement is one that is out of the 'box', means also divine influence, means also the freedom, means also the spiritual action and our counsciousness of the higher order.

By understanding our own body and spirit we understand life and all the manifestations of it. The above is but only one dimensionality of this thinking, as there are many other cycles to be understood.

While we're on this topic, I find it very interesting. The other day while meditating I was thinking on how different breathing patterns relate to brain wave responses to put us in various states of consciousness that allow us to do different workings. I'd not really thought much on this. But breathing has a huge impact on the effectiveness of the workings we do as do the vibrations. I know there's much more to it, but it makes more sense now why breathing is so important for the soul. And why going into a light or heavy transe state really helps with different meditations and workings. I've been interested in learning more about the matter recently.

We are regulated and on a non stop "platform" of breathing and most superb, we can control this platform in these 4 directions.

But I believe also that all of the states of consciousness including very high alert states can be used in magic, not only trances.
