Question about opening chakras and words of power.

Is it true if one might use words of power ( like Mantras and Runes ) first thing, one should have his/her chakras open BEFORE using / vibrating Mantras or Runes to succeed in using them?
please if u had experiences with the above tell me , if not , please, don't comment.


I also have aother question, when I vibrate words of power the energy goes away and never build even with time. please if u can help in telling me how to fix this and why is happening , I'll really, really appreciate it.

The 3 steps with working with energy is:
1. Raise energy [This is where you use runes and mantras]
2. Program energy [This is where you use affirmations to have the energy do what you want]
3. Direct energy [This is where you send the energy to where i t needs to go]

From what I understand, the reason why the energy is not building up would be a lack of focus. Having strong concentration and focus when handling energy is directly connected to how much energy you raise and use. Energy wont simply build up by itself. You need to will it for it to happen.
