It depends on a series of factors.
It depends whether you were diagnosed with some psychological problems.
If it is not a psychological problem, you should be more than careful to try to learn continuously on this path and choose the way of SS and do not enter in conflicts with LHP.
True spirituality has individuality of experiences, has the benefit of doubt, on the forums here you can question tips given and put questions to general meditation routine and you will be helped, we are glad to help newcomers, and also you can evolve.
The LHP means being friends with the occult so to say, so you should not have an actual reason of entering conflicts, except, as I said, unless you were diagnosed with some psychological problem, a lot of xian / Enemy programming.
