Hi,does the Raum mantra for the solarplexuschakra really work,I have been using it with no results,the Jos says the vibrations are exceptionally powerfully but why don't I feel anything when use the Raum mantra?Do you guys have any other recommended meditation that equally works in opening the solarplexuschakra

Try it during the hours of the Sun on a Sunday, when there's no VoC Moon. Use Chronos XP to find those in your area.

Also, make sure you do it 5 times only. Don't do it over this, and if you do at least do 10 or some multiple of 5.

Vibrate RAUM slowly in one complete breathe.
As you vibrate RAUM, visualize your solar chakra spinning quickly and very brightly. Very much like a spinning light bulb that is increasing in light with each vibration. Do this 10x.
There are other mantras, but you'll find RAUM to be most effective.

Change the tone and sound of your voice to different pitches as you are vibrating it, and you will feel when you get to the correct tone you will feel the strong vibration. This is not regular speaking.

While all of the above are good advice, I think this falls more under what Ol said.

Pathological cases should spend some time doing the foundation situation, as their ability to feel energy is completely atrophied. Still, I would it really weird. A vibration is a vibration. If I touch you with a vibrating item, you're gonna feel it regardless. If you don't, then you're not vibrating at all. Are you speaking or whispering?
