Pluto has been treated by the Clergy, and so have its transits. Go to Jos's "Azazel Astrology" section, then "Pluto transits."
The transformations that Pluto brings are not standard and vary from person to person depending on what you are doing.
I give you the example, in your case, with experiences seen with this transit.
Many people during this transit, Pluto in the 6th, for the most part, I found fixed contracts(Pluto) in work(6th house). These people were in a phase of life where they wanted to achieve this and they achieved it.
Some die(Pluto) with this transit, but usually they are already in a life condition going in that direction.
Pluto to the ruler people completely change in their way of being sometimes even visually, some are not "recognized" by people who have not seen it for a long time, either by the way of thinking/reasoning/type of life/aesthetic change etcc...
How this happens will depend a lot on what you are doing in your life. Pluto is a neutral planet. Check everything else in the picture as well.
