Question #4611: base chakra visualisation

i dont understand the base chakra visualisation description . it doesn't make sense to me

is it necessary or can i visualise it normally like the other chakras?

Visualize it, as you do with other chakras, until you feel it. This may take weeks. Vibrate in the chakra mantras, as RAUM and SURYA, to purify it.
We are all individual, try and find what makes sense to you, and you feel is working better.

The base chakra is located below the hips and in the groin region. I understand what you mean, as when I was new, I had some confusion about chakra locations due to the various diagrams there are.

It takes practice and visualization, but you will start to get a feel for it and soon it will become easier. Although this takes time, as Netem mentions.
