How do you pronounce and vibrate the J in the Jera rune?

Also I wanted to ask if the Jera rune can reverse bad natal placements like having Saturn in an undesirable house and reverse the negative restrictions or issues with that house caused by Saturn.

I have Saturn in Pisces and the house it is posited in also has Pisces on the cusp. Is it possible to also do a Jupiter square and stack it with a Jera rune working to reverse negative restrictions placed on that house?
