There is someone that I like, they like me back but because of life circumstances they can't be with me. These life circumstances could be easily fixed by a spell. This person choosed someone else because it was easier to stay with her (this person is bisexual and they "choosed" to be straight). Now I like this person and I think we are compatible and I know they like and are attracted to me.

What should I do? Is it morally ok to cast a spell and get him back or should I just look somewhere else?

One one hand it feels like I'm manipulating him but at the same time I know we are compatible enough and I like him..

I think the main thing to consider regarding morality is if what you do will genuinely be good for the other person. In other words you don't want to be a homewrecker, don't pull them from something that is making them happy and is good and constructive. You also should respect their freedom.

With that being said, you say that this person is attracted to you so then a spell to make them favor you over the other would just be tipping the scale in your favor. That is acceptable.
