Is there any other way to potentiate the pineal gladula?
I've done Ptah several times, tested every tone of voice I could.
But there hasn't been any significant experience that shows any progress on this
I'm a little hopeful that the energy will appear, little by little, but I'm not sure that's what will happen

I've already tried some yoga positions, such as the 6⁰ chakra and the handstand.

Should I keep vibrating Ptah 111 times for 40 days in a row?
I think that might be a good idea, I'm just afraid that at the end of the days nothing will have changed, so I'd feel even more frustrated

You are in too much of a hurry. In Satanism, things are done calm. Haste will get you nowhere; it will bring the opposite effects.

The PTAH meditation is advanced and is intended for people who have already worked on and made good progress on their pineal glands. The sermon states that clearly.

It also states to not do more than 20 reps, certainly not 111.

Having more than one approach is recommended. You can inhale and direct energy toward your chakras, for example, instead of only doing a mantra into the chakra.

I'm doing this, I've directed energy to the pineal gland and I feel that now my visualization has improved, a bit
I also do 9 AUM after the vibration, and meditate on the gland.

I certainly have some spiritual barriers, so this time I'm going to try to follow a more arduous path, one that requires more of my time and effort.
I'm determined to do this for several days in a row because I don't want to regret not having done anything afterwards.

I've already spent a long time meditating consistently, calmly and serenely and I haven't gotten many results from it.
It's about time I adjusted my meditations according to my soul's needs.
