I am a dedicated SS who dedicated just some 20 days back ..I have begun the 40 day program ..in AoP ,,do u have to do affirmation and inhaling white -gold energy at the same time ??It is VERY HARD for me to affirm "I am breathing in powerful sunlight energy which protects me at all time" and also SIMULTANEOUSLY inhaling white -gold energy ..I have read this link https://joyofsatan.org/www.angelfire.com/empire/serpentis666/Protection.html..So plz dont send me this link when u reply ,.How do u affirm and inhale simultaneously???
 
Alternatively, you can:

Inhale, then affirm.

OR

Do the amount of inhalations you want to do in one go and then after that affirm the amount you want to.
 
When it comes to visualizations, you can do it either way, through a 1st or 3rd person view. Basically, whatever works for you or is easier. The main thing about visualizations is that your essentially guiding the energy through your breath.

So you can definitely experiment a little and see which type of visualization is best for you, and the inhale and exhale should also be a key of focus when you're meditating.

Don't stress too much on the visualizations, the most important thing to focus on is "feeling" the meditation. So if it's too distracting in the beginning, going by feel and just focusing on what your breath is doing is also good too. If you haven't already, I would recommend to do the Foundation Meditation as part of your daily routine.

Hey. Very interesting meditation. The article say to do it 5 times. But can we do it way more ? 5 times is very quick. Doing it 2 hours or more, like 300 times, is it possible ??? :)

Five times is good for most beginners. Of course, you can do more, like 10, or 20 times. When the method you refer to becomes 'too easy' you can do the same with a mantra, for example. There is no need to do this for two hours, and it can even be harmful because raising too much energy in relation to the current level does not produce the intended result, but the opposite. It is better to do steady effort over a period of time, instead of gigantic efforts for a few times. This is a marathon effort, not a sprint race. Also, there are many other useful meditations that have to be done regularly so doing one meditation for one or two hours is not a very good approach.
