Question #2118: an important doubt regarding dedication ritual

Do i need to have two separate paper where in one paper I write my name in blood and in another paper writing the big prayer written in the main website?The website says "YOU ONLY SIGN YOUR NAME IN BLOOD, NOT ANYTHING ELSE ON THE PAPER."..Does that mean I need to sign only my name in blood in that single prayer??I dont understand exactly How to do the dedication ritual ..Could anybody plz explain that to me?

For the first question it is no. You will sign your name in blood under the prayer you wrote on paper. There is really no mistake for you to do the ritual, following the instructions you can easily do it.

Everything is to be put on one sheet of paper. You write the prayer with a regular pen and your name is to be written in blood.
