Do you have any runes to help with weight gain? I can eat whatever in any amount I can't gain weight, I'm under it for my age and height.
i am an 18 year old female, i weigh ( 44.10 ) 97.2 Ibs and i am (1.56 ) 5' 1.4"

That doesn't sound so bad for your height. Especially of you're active.

Maybe someone else can give you specific rune but maybe working with Jupiter type of energies? I would wait until someone else gives a better answer though.

I just wanted to mostly say that that weight doesn't seem as bad in your case in my opinion.

In reference to the BMI calculator I used you are underweight. Jupiter Square will help you and check out this link:

Exercise, and do a healthy bulking diet. You will gain weight eventually.

First concern is making sure you are healthy. A strong Sun is paramount here, as it provides both yin and yang to the body. To deal with low yin, like if you have anemia, dry skin, etc, then you can push yin acupoints, like Spleen 6.

However, weight gain is a matter of the yin element, so focusing on anything water and earth related would be best. You can use Berkano and Uruz to improve your body's yin side and balance.

Read up on the "Kapha Dosha", which is an Indian medicine term for a person who has a body heavy in water and earth. This would give you an example of the direction in which to balance yourself towards.

Similarly, you would want to determine your own body type, which is either air or fire heavy (most likely), then read how to compensate for this. An example of this would be to follow the directions for a "Vata Dosha diet", which will tell you what foods and exercise types to do.

Your primary concern is your health, which is related to, but not directly tied to your weight. Going on a junk food diet will not give you healthy weight. Instead, you should likely be eating denser foods, like eggs.

I've noticed milk does also a decent job at bulking along with eggs. Has to be milk itself and not any dairy products like cheese. Just speaking from experience but I don't know much of the reasons behind it.

Not everyone's body can handle milk well so it'll depend on the person as well but that's the case with any diet.

Yes. It is cold food which helps build the yin element. It comes from the mother/mammary organ, so it is like an expression of lunar energy, in a way.

It is too bad that it is help back by the abuse of cows and resulting addition of unhealthy aspects, plus over-pasteurization. In Indian medicine, they also warm it and add warm spices, all of which helps balance it.
