Should I do kundalini yoga first then hatha? Or should I do hatha yoga first and then kundalini yoga to maximize my spiritual improvement? Or does the order not matter at all?

One of them should be done in the morning and the other in the night.

If you want to work on the Serpent, do it at night - Kundalini Yoga, as at night the Serpent is very active. The hotspot being between 3-4 A.M. to 5-6 A.M. when it naturally flows along with other energies in the body. If you can do it close in the morning to that time all the better.

It depends on your purposes, also Kundalini at night is extremely stimulatory, so without having the work of the Serpent on your plate, it is best to sleep. With the Serpent it is already very hard to sleep, and indifferently you wouldn't need too much.

If you are fire/air dominant you can do hatha to ground yourself and slow down. If you are earth/water dominant you can do Kundalini to generate some heat and boost your energy. But if you are new it’s better to start with hatha, as Kundalini is very stimulating and intense, or you can start kundalini from less reps, and gradually build yourself up, you can also do both for example in the morning kundalini to wake up and boost energy and tapas/hear, and in the evening hatha to slow down and relax. Or there is HoodedCobra666 yoga sequence where both are included into one, later on I gonna put it here.

If you are doing these two together, then I would probably choose hatha yoga first as it is a physical release before the more energetic KY. And you should space these two out by an hour or so. But if you do these two at separate times during the day do what best suits your own situation

I uploaded it here, sorry for my mistake I think this one is by HPS Maxine, but there is no author there, and I can’t remember it. But anyway:

Can you give a little more information about ''HoodedCobra666 yoga sequence''? Where can I access that yoga routine?

Start a workout regiment, for a beginner I recommend a 6-day PPL (push pull legs) or upper-lower body split to get you in the gym every day as well as a program like Smolov Jr. You will want to slow this down as you progresss (4 day splits, etc.) but for now you should focus on just getting yourself there every day.

Use Hatha yoga instead of stretching, and work in your kundalini sessions before or after you go.

I say this because A.) it can be very hard for modern men to discipline themselves, and fitness is a great way to start

and B.) Fitness is spiritually fulfilling, our ancient Gods were always portrayed as muscular men and "curvy" but skinny women. Strong body, strong mind.
