How do we get rid of any negative karma of our natal south nodes? I have my south node in Taurus and its also conjunct to my MC and I'm not sure how to use Munka to get rid of any negative influences that its causing. My public image/social standing in life seems awkward and weak to me and I'm not sure if I should target my Natal 10th house or my Natal Venus to get rid of issues like this. My MC also falls in Taurus.
Also my natal Venus is being squared by a retrograde pluto so i'm not certain if thats causing any problems with my 10th house or social standing either.

The South Node represents our past karma and the patterns that we carry over from our past lives. These are areas where we may have a tendency to fall back into old habits and behaviors, which may not serve us well in our current life.

With your South Node in Taurus, you might have a tendency to hold on to material possessions, seek comfort and stability, and resist change. It's possible that taking risks and embracing new opportunities might be a challenge for you, which could be holding you back. The fact that your South Node is conjunct your MC adds an extra layer of significance to this placement. The MC represents your public image, career, and social standing, so the influence of your South Node in Taurus is definitely affecting these areas of your life. As a result, it can be tough for you to step out of your comfort zone and pursue new opportunities that may lead to greater growth and success.

By opposition to all of this, your North Node on the other hand is in Scorpio, which gives you the necessary qualities that you need to succeed in life. So overall this is not a totally bad placement. You need to consciously work to overcome these limiting patterns and tendencies in order to fully achieve your potential. However, this may come with some difficulties considering Pluto (ruler of your 4th) is retrograde. The square with Venus (ruler of your 10th) adds more intensity and karmic emphasis to this whole situation. You really need to challenge yourself to let go of self-limiting behaviors and actively work to overcome them by also pushing yourself in the material world.

I would suggest the spiritual Venus square. I personally like to use Shadowcat's affirmation "In a positive and healthy way for me I am now totally and completely free of all afflictions and bad manifestations of my Natal (insert planet here) in every way, now and forever. My natal (insert planet here) is now only manifesting in positive and healthy ways for me now and forever". I have been using this one for quite some time and worked out for me, but if you find it too long, just go with something else that best suits your needs. That's just the general idea.

The Munka working serves to destroy any and all karma, so your affirmation must be very precise. You can either do something along the lines of "The energies from Munka are permanently removing (specific negative karma)" or "I'm now permanently free from (specific negative karma)" , "I am now able to (specific positive things)", etc. You get the idea. Always use a sense of permanence to it, and always include "in a positive and healthy way for me". I hope this helps you.
