Expanded Preliminary Training from JoS
Sharing my experience
What JoS states, be it is stated in 3 phrases regarded as simple or advanced meditations, the content and actual meaning in an applicable length is worth thousands of pages and can be described as such.
If you read the pyrokinesis instructions, you'll perceive it at your current level and also assume a few steps ahead in your mind, how it can be. This is natural.
I try to expand the very simple and perfect steps and detail them just for pure sharing. Some people may have these inborn abilities or other types of compositions and can actualize for example fire, without ever feeling an electric sting or whatever energy. Just by pure intention and mechanism that by their own acknowledgment - "it just happens" and aren't conscious of a constructive method of attaining or actual understanding, but only of use.
An advanced sensory empathy isn't related to the power of actualizing such powers in a direct way, but sincerely there's an illusion in the form of idealization and trials of training to evolve a palpable and factual form of advancement in this, some directions can be helpful.
Certainly, things and actions such as this do not happen just as so, and there are a lot of involvements that can be shared. This is only how I perceive it and practice it, it has no limitation value imposed or otherwise, just sharing.
Pyrokinesis and the Palms
Pyrokinesis at the very beginner stages is healing power in my opinion, and the only practical aim, the mastery of it is "just manifesting" fire. The bioelectricity by default is very hot and can be rather scary when amplified and grown to have a shock or other effect, even for yourself.
The heat and/or fire of the palms, I regard as blessing attainment and is attained in the first beginner stages that I regard with pyrokinesis ability. I think if you can channel as I will share here the heating of the palms and also continuous electricity from the sexual power in the same fashion, you can heal anyone from anything.
The point is not to channel external elements and manifest it as that is extremely hard and advanced, at least to me ( natural advanced people may do this), but rather use the inner energies, direction of pathways in harmony with the exterior forces to channel and manifest these things without depleting yourself or fantasize upon the impossible for those unnatural in this.
So as stated above, the hands and especially palms are the focus of actualizing this.
But before these, there's a lot of preparation.
1. Spiritual hygiene and health. You should have PLENTY of energy before any of these meditations. This does not involve any invocation or evocation of elements. DO NOT invoke fire element anywhere within yourself nor outside. This method is not dependent on invocation/evocation in this manner.
In this kind of meditation, a lot of energy is dissipated as the learning curve is walked on. Because you are using your own body energy and specific locks and releases, you will deplete yourself. This kind of attainment is not needed, not for the advancement of the soul, but an ability that requires a lot of time, effort, and energy.
2. The body has extraordinary potential for energy. It can fuel cities by the power of its composition and can set of extraordinary reactions. These powers are dormant inside and some are a product of connection or absence, direction and form. For example, to have your phone working, you have connect the charger to a source of electricity and charge this battery for the phone to work. Similarly, some pathways fuel points of energy and the points further can be used now.
The body is a very complex system of sources of energy and wires. You don't connect fire with the brain simply put.
3. You should be able to raise your temperature at the intention, direct and amplify energy by intention, in an instant or not more than a few minutes. Fire breathing habit and knowledge, Raising the Spine energy and the related pathways must be opened. The belly sea of electricity must have already opened your lower parts. You need to have your hand chakras not only opened but flowing with energy. and that also shows you how easy is to heat up your palms to insufferable degrees.

Besides the above, to open and empower the points for the flow of energy:
1. Take the index finger from the right hand and press it upon the left middle palm chakra. Keep a slight or hard pressure (important to not feel too much tension). The left hand must be open and totally relaxed.
2. Intend and will a miniature sun where the pressured point is. Couple this will with the feeling and visualisation of it.
3. Inhale by the structure of foundation meditation energy in the point.
(3.1) For stubborn point you can vibrate Aum OR "Z" in the point.
4. Release the pressure from the point with the index finger. Relax and focus upon the feeling of the pressure relieved, and intent for this point of energy to expand. On the whole structure of the hand.
You may feel a heavy feeling of the hand or a lightweight feeling. The bioelectricity may sting or stimulate the nerves to feel paralyzed or ants.
5. Draw the energy from the point, really feel it and concentrate, up to every finger beginning with the thumb. At the end of the finger, at the belly of it expand this energy to a miniature sun. Do all the fingers.
Repeat this for a couple of minutes and do it for the right hand as well.
At the finish, focus on the first base point of the hand, around the wrist. Open and empower this point by the above techniques.
Will from this point for the energy to stream to the other points, in the same fashion of the above circulation. From the wrist to the middle and then the fingers.
You can then create the connection of the hands by the JoS meditation.
The middle palm chakra is very powerful and can act as a portal for the energy, "elementals" to manifest. This is acquired by creating a void, and by isolating the expansion of the chakra.
For further training, all chakras must be opened, harmony and constant energy of the body must be attained.
The above must be done, that only at the will, the energy, bioelectricity, magnetic or electric properties of the elementals can manifest in the hands.
The point is, you put your attention on the palms, and the palms engulf in energy.
This energy can be magnetic as a point of focus, for telekinesis and has other-dimensional approaches and training or the energy can be electric as a point of focus.
The energy can be electro-magnetic, with an aim of harmony this can manifest by the channeling of inner pathways.
Very important is also at the end to practice gathering energy with the Adi Mudra. This is the best and the most real mudra that teaches and actualizes these kinds of powers. With Adi Mudra, you can learn how magnetic and electric forces feel but also "radioactive" energy, such as the Serpents energy or Solar chakra.
Method:
When the actual Serpent rises, the base, heart, and pineal chakras will light up like a sun in your body, yet this lighting up does not come from a 3- dimensional space. It happens like from a void of another dimension. The source and actual Serpent activates another body within you. You feel a literal being somehow in and not in your being. You will feel your consciousness alive.
The reality of this state of being is that consciousness is more "instant" and "real-time" than any of your thought or discernment. Many times you can see the exceptional "present" and "aliveness" that surpasses the thoughts and emotions of normal living, in telepathic communication, intuition and related.
You have to actualize this awareness within yourself and calibrate yourself to that type of "body", the body of consciousness. With this and the below, you can actualize fire.
The 3 steps in this are as follows: Gathering of the energy, the isolation and amplification of energy, the contraction and release. This is the same triangular action of the breath, Inhalation-Retention-Exhalation, similarly they accomplish the same goals.
Gathering:
The gathering is done in the middle of the palm. The gathering of the energy is by breathing of energy, meditation of great focus and intent upon the aim, and also coupling with the respective chakras or parts of the body. Even the idea attached to it can work.
Intent and association of the palms with rising energy needs to be done. This can be the lava of the spine, or the burning fire of the Serpent at the base chakra or sexual energy or the radioactive activated solar chakra when it is spinning. You raise it as comfortably as you can to the palms, in the way your advancement level is. Those who can actually do this, know when the Serpent thunders the pathway of the spine up to the shoulders. One can use this structure of channeling. The pathways must be open, and naturally, these rise the energies for the intent. I don't know how to explain fully the process as it happens naturally at the intent, and I consider this a natural follow-up of the openness of the belly and the spine and of the overall bodies.
Isolation:
After the gathering, you have to isolate the energy felt there and the stream created by the channels. For pyrokinesis, I have found the Adi Mudra to be the best in maintaining heat, and also making possible the isolation of the heat.
The Adi Mudra with all of the above will activate the solar chakra and also the Sushumna. It will amplify these energies and raise them in a union. You can also use the root lock and abdominal lock in the release of breath after inhaling energy in the palm as you hold the Adi Mudra.
Using the Adi Mudra, and creating extraordinary pressure and energy, focus suddenly on the immense pressure and heat gathered. You have to focus so exclusively on this, that no visualization or other technique is happening. There's no hand, no body, no nothing but this point of energy in the blackness of void. Not even blackness, your whole world is this point and that's it.
The feeling of void can be interpreted as a feeling of magnetic force pointing inside itself or just pure aether that covers and engulfs as a protection layer the energy itself.
If you manage to understand and actualize this feeling of isolation, the energy spontaneously amplifies while it is done. While this feeling of void is created and the energy spontaneously created, only then and by the association of intent, think of the fire element. This is very important, you don't invoke it anywhere, you don't evoke it, you just actualize the fire element inside the energy while in that void. This is based on science, of different pressure points and also the void itself. It will combust a lot.
In experience this is felt like a portal of fire element, that can be channeled and manifested in the physical.
All of this has manifestation of the physical, be aware of idealizing or imagining things. From the beginning of this one must be able to raise the temperature by the presence of energy. This is factual and can be tested by a thermometer. For example my palm temperature is 33.5 degrees normally, I focus on the hands and the energy engulfs, the temperature rises in a couple of seconds to 40-45 degrees. In a couple of minutes, people cannot touch my hand and not get burnt. This is NOTHING YET for actualizing real fire, and it is just bioelectricity. This is the bottom of beginning in this. For any serious training and advancement with pyrokinesis, one must be able at least to do that with plain simple bioelectricity and simple attention.
It is possible that you burn yourself with only your bioelectricity. This is very bad and means you don't know to do the 3rd step. For example, when the sexual energy burns just beneath your belly button if you amplify it with and release it there, you can fry your own belly flesh like a steak. This is no joke. One deleted video on youtube years ago showed a chi master doing this exactly. He burned his belly with smoke coming off his flesh and frying his body just for showing off.
Contraction and release:
With enough concentration and trials of this gathering and isolation, you train to contract it while projecting it and release it. This is the hardest part. This is not done in a flashing sense, but in a continuous fashion, of projecting.
The contraction is making the energy very dense while projecting it in an external point. Pick your point, and meditate on it. Try to understand the microscopic level of it, then even smaller, even smaller, and there you actualize your point. My point is, every point has inside it another smaller point. The idea is to actualize the concept of the first point of the matter and project this energy at that level.
For combustion, continuous appliances must be made. The Adi Mudra must be released while you have your point of the palm connected to your target point. You have to stream and direct this energy there continuous and stable, like a laser with the extreme power of will and direction.
Chances are, the energy of the void point is depleted and nothing happens but a high rise in temperature. Either the void and point was closed and there was no energy left or the power of it wasn't enough. This is normal and training must be done.
The channeling must happen in the moment of release with your whole being, if not the energies are being dissipated for nothing.
Additional tips: For raising energy and heat, if you have problems you can use and amplify with the root and lower abdominal lock the spine lava. Practice breath of fire, so when you are done, the palms naturally fire up.
After training or lightning up, practice doing a very positive message with your remaining heat in the palm and try to disconnect from the palms, as they will maintain the heat.
Try practicing with heating cold water, then slowly you can test with thermometers. Use balloons and explode them with pointed heat. Slowly.
