Problems advancing in meditation

Hi there!
In these days I made great steps forward in my spiritual path, and I improved my meditations skill, as visalization, my third eye'sight and other psychical senses. But for 2 days I stopped working on it because I needed to take a break since I was starting to feel a little overwhelmed from these results, and when I came back to do my work all my progress were gone. Now it's harder to me to get back on track with my past results and even if I go all out with it, it's very hard and I don't get anything back. Any tips?

There is a difference between the immediate and permanent changes to your skills or abilities. You have not lost any permanent changes or progress, but this can be more subtle or long-term, and therefore harder to detect.
You are only detecting the differences which come from short-term improvements, which fluctuate, as you have seen.

In other words, this is normal and not a cause for concern. You are still making progress, even if you cannot tell within the span of a few days or weeks. Don't panic or assume everything you did was lost. You have to think a bit more long-term here.
Just keep doing the meditations, as should be done everyday regardless. Daily fluctuations are normal.

NEVER make your energies fall. I know what you mean with being overwhelming. I also am tired from void meditation, but for example if i do 50 seconds of void meditation and the next day i feel tired i do 10seconds of void meditation. Next day when im not tired i go back on 50sec or more. This is what i do. Doing little is better than doing nothing when you dont have time or when you are tired.

Ah no Nazi is just fine it predates the Bavarian negative connotation by a huge amount of time.
