Negative thoughts

Anyone help with negative thoughts, oh guys its rife just now hard to shift them.


Alot of them are just intrusive thoughts, i get that, although its at a very prolong kind of attack it seems.

Start practising void meditation twice a day, daily

Thanks for swift reply, i only do it once per day up it then yeah cheers.

Some of them horrible.

If these are attacks (like thoughts against Satanism), then a strong AOP and cleaning would help this. If these are themes that you have dealt within your whole life, then you would want to look at your natal chart.

Aspects to our Mercury can reflect how our thoughts can "act" within our head, or how we process them, but underlying emotions or other feelings will also influence your thoughts and could even serve as the basis for what you may be thinking about at a given time.

If we have problems in our chart, such as social problems, then this would serve as a basis for negative thoughts about a group of people, or perhaps the way someone else goes about their life.

Thank you for response, no these are like intrusive horrible thoughts perhaps health anxiety about me and everyone. Maybe its anxiety in general, although these thoughts are that bad i need rid of them i will try anything.

The best way to get rid of a habit or in your case negative thoughts is to replace it with something more desirable. When ever you have a negative thought try to change it into a thought that is positive, for example: everyone keeps looking the other way whenever i look at them, am i disgusting or something? - make it into: everyone keeps looking the other way whenever i look at them, maybe they are blushing since they encountered a godly man, me.

This might be a bit of an over-exaggeration, that's the point of this, because you become what you think about, your mind holds that much power. So next time when someone cuts you off while driving, just think to yourself: man that car is really attracted to mine huh, she almost went in for a kiss. :lol: It doesn't matter what you make of it, just have fun with it.

Yeah some are weird like health anxiety, thoughts of anxiety on others, some more intrusive so yeah i shall heed the advice.

Generally an aop if programmed so, should help preventing intrusive thoughts.
Try an affirmation like
(for example you do an AoP with Algiz and Sowilo:)
"This energy of Algiz, and Sowilo invincibly protects me spiritually, physically, and mentally, in the most beneficial way for me"

Thank you for reply mate, i do AOPS daily.

Its silly things that i need removed from my everyday thinking, health anxiety perhaps main one.

Algiz yes and will look into other cheers as its appreciated it is horrible thoughts.

Its not easy to completely get rid of em, i would say its near impossible to achieve that. I too have periods where negative thoughts keep flooding in, whenever this happens the worst thing you can do is to chastise yourself, gently let go of these thoughts. Rewarding yourself in some way (Even if its just verbally) when you change a negative thought into a positive one can also be very helpful in programing yourself to think more positively.

Give all of this time brother, i am certain you will overcome this hurdle, keep going strong.

Top man mate its appreciated as been a few months.

Didnt know why or where they come from or reasoning. Just treat them like intrusive thoughts.

Oh mate its been torture, i suppose as SSrs we shouldnt have this problem, cheers again for being there in response for me.

This guy has the right idea. It becomes more and more difficult for a negative thought to take hold if positive thoughts and outcomes are on a winning-streak. Even more than this, the self-awareness that comes with practice naturally nullifies any power the negative thoughts might have. It almost becomes laughable how pathetic the attempts are to frustrate, scare, or otherwise bother you. The way I describe it is imagine something would from a scale of 1 to 10 of "bad". I can't say you'll never scale-up. But what would be an 8, maybe becomes a 6, or if an 8, won't stay an 8 for very long and pull down to 4 sooner than later. This does not come from scolding one's self or giving validity to the negative. This comes from keeping the eye on the prize. Thinking about better things, or at-least understanding why you feel the way you do. The greatest weapons of our spiritual enemies are our guilt, our ignorance, and our inaction.
