My Dedication + 40 Day Program experience thus far

Hello everyone,

I've spent the past couple months reading the Jos site and learning about spiritual satanism, though this wasn't my first encounter with the ministry. I somehow stumbled across Jos when I was fourteen--I'm currently in my early twenties--and due to my lack of maturity at the time, I was unable to digest enough information to begin a steady practice. In other words, I wasn't prepared to change my life then--but I am now.

After I read through the site--the compiled research, sermons, and browsed the forums to observe the other members, I completed my dedication ritual and began High Priest Hooded Cobra 666's 40 day program. Now, I am almost through the program, and I'd like to share some of my experiences, and ask for some guidance at the end. I also hope my testament can help other new members who are curious about what the process can resemble for some.

Firstly, I am thoroughly shocked by the mental and physical shifts that have occurred in my life following my dedication ritual and beginning the 40 day program. Shortly after my dedication ritual, for a couple days, I became riddled with somatic anxiety--heavy tension manifesting my body. It wore off soon after I began the program and began heavily reflecting upon myself, my nature and my shortcomings. I don't know why all of my attributes came into such a sharp focus so abruptly in my mind, but I began to feel my ego shattering as I contemplated shortcomings in my character--most of them, a result of past traumas in my life. Now, since then, I'm steadily making peace with the fact that I have a lot of things to work on. My interpretation of these enlightenments is that through dedicating myself to Satan, I began a purging process of the person I'd once been, as Satan opened my eyes to the reality of my circumstances, and gave me the strength to begin the process of accepting them, and developing myself.

Other changes I've experienced, included physical changes. I have a chronic GERD illness, that since then has greatly declined. I feel mostly fine most days. In addition, I had formerly plateaued in my weightlifting pursuits, but 3 weeks into the 40 day program, my energy levels rose exponentially, and I began to see significant changes in my physique once again.

Currently, I'm focused on RTR's, doing them whenever I can, and continuing to follow along with the program. After the program, I'm wondering what I should do next, how to devise a meditation program to build upon and continue developing myself. I also have experienced something odd, during my void meditations that I thought I'd mention, to see if anyone has any insight. I initially found void meditations to be the most difficult, because I struggled to clear my mind. After practicing for some time, I improved, I was able to create a blank slate for a couple minutes, at least. However, recently I've been experiencing this odd sensation during voids. I feel a strange, tingling, pulling sensation behind my eyes, near to my third eye chakra. I can't make much sense of this, because it's begun to distract me during my sessions. I usually lay down with my eyes open during my void meditation, and this tugging sensation seems to compel me to lift my head off my pillow and up towards the ceiling. I want to know what this is, and how to combat, or surrender to this issue.

If you have read up to here, thank you for listening, I am very grateful to be here.

Glad to hear of your results!

The 40 day program provides a solid base as far as fundamentals go. You can add time, reps, or substitute certain excises, but try to keep the same format in a general sense, in order to not miss something. From here, you can build up this until you have a more intuitive understanding. Don't forget to ask your GD or Satan for guidance, as well.

For the tugging sensation, does that feel like an active chakra? If they are getting used to the newfound activity, then this could be the case. You can try to balance yourself with alternate nose breathing, Aum, or it could just require some time to settle. Did it change as a result of opening these chakras, or after meditation on them?

If the issue has a physical cause, then it would most likely have happened since your first time meditating, although this is not totally certain either. You can use acupoints like Lung 7, LI 4, or GB 20 to clear pathogens in the face or head. Look these up, then try holding them for 5-10 minutes and see if anything changes. Sometimes we can have minor symptoms which are not as obvious until we turn our senses inward.

-----------------

As you mentioned GERD, this is treated by directing yin-based energies. Look at your natal Moon (don't post it here) and see if it is afflicted, which can be one cause for dry intestines. The ST-37 point is good for treating large intestine disorders, as one example.

Although our solar and martian energies create our vital energies, having a major imbalance can suggest a conditional deficiency. You can use Sowilo and Berkano, or even try Berkano alone, as a treatment for this. On a bad day, you can draw energy from the moon or chant the Berkano rune, then program it to give immediate and positive relief.

You had mentioned some traumas or other hangups, and the moon is connected to our emotional state and feelings, but also our intestines, bodily fluids, and sense of calm. I know of two people who have afflicted lunar energies and likely-caused intestine disorders, as one example of that.

Thank you for your insightful advice! Regarding the tugging sensation, yes it does feel like an active chakra. For instance, when I am practicing my charka spinning, this chakra is the easiest for me to spin, fast, very obedient to the whims of my command. I struggle with the others at times... I must clean them more, I imagine.

I will try out the rune, and some moon work, for sure. Thanks again for your detailed reply!
